CONTRACT - this contract concluded between the Beneficiary and the mille.ro operator through the company S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L. , also called “Terms and Conditions”, by going through all the technical stages described in these “Terms and Conditions”. The contract will be concluded after the user will follow the steps at the time of confirmation by the operator, on a durable medium, of the registration submitted by the final Beneficiary. The Operator reserves the right to conclude with the user other types of contracts, in addition to this contract Terms and Conditions;

COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION - means any form of communication intended to promote, directly or indirectly, the services, image, name or name, company or emblem of the entities brought together under the name of MILLE.RO;

CARD HOLDER - means the natural or legal person, resident or non-resident, who according to the contract concluded with the Issuing Bank of the electronic payment instrument, holds an electronic payment instrument issued in his name;

PRODUCT / SERVICE - any service or product sold by MILLE.RO on this website, under the conditions provided in the Terms and Conditions;

SECTION - means a section on the website www.mille.ro;

WEBSITE - means the site www.mille.ro;

SPAM - means any unsolicited commercial communication prohibited by law as long as there is no explicit consent of the recipient (user). MILLE.RO does not encourage SPAM and will not make such communications to its users;

STORAGE - keeping data or information on any medium;

USER - is any natural person who browses the site and views the content on it without the need for a registration with an account name and password;

VISIT - means any access by a person to the website www.mille.ro or a subsection of it;

IN STOCK - means any product that is present on the mille.ro website in the category in the menu "IN STOCK" or has the specification "in stock", the products can be delivered and cannot be modified in size and color.

TO ORDER - represents the ordering of a product (upholstered furniture) present or not present on the website www.mille.ro with the characteristics (size, fabric color, construction type, model,…) necessary for the user.

3. Using the website www.mille.ro

You will be able to browse the website and view its contents without registering with an account and a password, however, in order to order products offered by the MILLE.RO website, you will need to provide the information required in the registration forms.

You will be responsible for all accesses or visits made to the website by you, whether or not they are authorized by you.

12. Order of products (upholstered furniture) that are in stock

To activate the "Order" service, the User must set the preferred details of the Order (where it will be delivered, the shipping method and the payment method) in the "Customer Information" form, and these settings will be retained and used for each Order with a click. These settings can be changed at any time.
By completing the Order, the Customer guarantees that all data provided are real and correct, otherwise it could bear the consequences of these errors (Delayed order, incorrectly transmitted, etc.).
MILLE.RO cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information, which may result in delivery delays. In this context, all transport fees incurred in order to resend the Order will be borne by the Customer.
By completing the Order, the Customer agrees that a MILLE.RO representative will contact him by any available means agreed by the Parties (e-mail / telephone) for personal confirmation of the Order.
(This email is just a confirmation of receipt of your order request. Your contract to purchase these products is not fully completed until we send an email.)
For the convenience and safety of the Customer, there is the option that for 30 minutes after placing an Order to cancel the Order. Thus, if the User who placed an Order in error or reversed the decision, the Order can be canceled within 30 minutes after placing it. In case of payments made with the card, the final payment amount will be withdrawn from the Client's account only at the end of the 30 minutes.
MILLE.RO may refuse an Order following a prior notification addressed to the Customer, without any obligations between the parties and without a party being able to claim damages, for the following situations:

failure / invalidation of the online transaction;
non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Client's card / transaction;
incomplete or incorrect data of the Client;
the Client's activity may cause damage to the mille.ro/partenerilor site;
consecutive failed deliveries;
other objective reasons: if the Customer does not guarantee that the method of payment is valid and that it is not obtained through a fraudulent method or there are suspicions about the method of payment.

Even if it has taken all the measures so that the information presented on this site is accurate and correct, MILLE.RO cannot be responsible for inaccuracies that may appear in the completion by the Customer of the forms on the site for the completion of the Order. Users are responsible for assessing the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information provided in the forms available on this site.
In certain situations and for justified reasons, MILLE.RO reserves the right to modify the quantity of the Goods and / or Services in the Order. In these situations, MILLE.RO will notify the Customer at the e-mail address or telephone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will return the amount paid.
The contract is considered concluded between the Customer and MILLE.RO upon receipt by the Customer from MILLE.RO, by e-mail and / or SMS of the notification of dispatch of the Order.
If a Good and / or Service ordered by the Customer cannot be delivered by MILLE.RO, we undertake to inform the Customer of this fact and to return to the Customer's account the value of the Good and / or the Service, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which MILLE.R became aware of this fact.

13. Order of custom products (upholstered furniture) "On Order".

To use the "On Order" service, the User must set the preferred specifications of the product made to Order and information on where to deliver, how to ship and how to pay in the form "Customer Information", and these settings will be retained and used for each Order with one click. These settings can be changed on the next order.
By completing the Order, the Customer guarantees that all data provided are real and correct, otherwise it could bear the consequences of these errors (Delayed order, incorrectly transmitted, etc.).
MILLE.RO cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information, which may result in delivery delays. In this context, all transport fees incurred in order to resend the Order will be borne by the Customer.
By completing the Custom Furniture Order, the Customer will receive a personalized link to the mille.ro site which will include a web page with information about the requested custom product, with a click will confirm the requested and will be redirected to the payment module for payment the advance previously established between the representative of the company S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L. and the Client. At the end the user will receive an email at the address specified by him with the payment note which will include information about:

At the same time, a contract will be sent that will guarantee the execution of the requested works and will contain all the information about the order placed on the mille.ro website.

The term of execution of the upholstered furniture La Comandă is a maximum of 61 days. Depending on the case, this term can vary between 21 - 61 calendar days. At the same time, S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L. reserves the right to modify this term for models that are not included on the mille.ro website, coordinating in advance with the Client.

For the convenience and safety of the Customer, there is the option that for 30 minutes after placing an Order to cancel the Order. Thus, if the User who placed an Order in error or reversed the decision, the Order can be canceled within 30 minutes after placing it. In case of payments made with the card, the final payment amount will be withdrawn from the Client's account only at the end of the 30 minutes.
MILLE.RO may refuse an Order following a prior notification addressed to the Customer, without any obligations between the parties and without a party being able to claim damages, for the following situations:

14. Price

The final price paid by the Customer consists of the price of the product + the related shipping and / or collection costs. Delivery prices are detailed on the site.
All prices for products and services sold through the mille.ro site are expressed in Lei and contain VAT.

15. Online payments and data retrieval

If you want to benefit from the purchase of products offered through the site - you will need to provide us with personal information.

The data is taken over only if you voluntarily and knowingly accept its transmission to us. The pages of the site where this information is needed contain a link to this document, so that it can be analyzed, if necessary.

In addition to personal data, our systems automatically retrieve a number of anonymous information, which is used to analyze the usability of the site and to optimize the services offered.

If the currency of the card and the currency of the donation do not coincide, the conversion will be made according to the rules of the card issuer.
The value of the selected product or service is the net cost that will be paid by the user, without any additional fee.

16. Delivery

When placing the order on the mille.ro website, delivery is not included in the price of the product.

Terms and rates for product delivery and handling services:

Delivery is made for a fee of 150 lei / ride for the Brasov region and within a radius of 25 km (one derection). For distances that exceed this radius, the tariff will be 400 lei / race within a radius of 25 - 90 km / 600 lei race within a radius of 90 - 200 km, / 800 lei race within a radius of 200 - 250 km / 1000 lei race within a radius of 250 - 300km, / 1200 lei race within a radius of 300 - 350 km / 1500 lei race within a radius of 350 - 450 km and is performed only on the Romanian territory. The given tariff is applied for a single order whose mass does not exceed 350 kg, if it exceeds, then the tariff corresponding to the region will be paid for each additional 350 kg.
The sofas are delivered packed and disassembled up to the front of the house / office / apartamnet (if there is access), the handling of the sofas in the house or apartment (maximum distance from the car 10m) can be performed by our courier for a fee of 200 lei for a product (maximum weight does not exceed 200kg). In apartments, if it is not possible to handle the elevator, then an additional fee of 50 lei is paid for each floor raised, for a sofa. If the lifting of the product (furniture) to the apartment is possible through the elevator, then only a fee of 200.00 lei will be charged for boarding a product.
Our specialists will unpack and assemble Mille products at the desired location for a fee of 200 lei / per sofa or bed, if you want.

Delivery time is 7 - 21 days for products in stock and 21-74 days for custom-made products. The day before delivery, we contact our customers to agree on the delivery time. When you accept the delivery or collection of the ordered goods, you can check their condition and then sign the receipt. If you notice any defects in the appearance of the furniture or missing pieces of furniture during the delivery of the goods, be sure to specify this on the invoice, delivery note and other transfer documents. If you notice these problems later, call us at 0742 742 756 or send us an email at suport@mille.ro.

For orders over 50,000 lei in Brașov area (+35km), delivery is free.

Delivery can also be made by the customer or other third parties established by the Customer, in these cases the pick-up point of the products will be in Brașov at the address established by S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L. on the day of purchase of the product on the site.

The estimated delivery date may vary by product, and is displayed on the product page, Order page, and Order confirmation email or phone.
Any additional delay will be communicated to the Customer and a new delivery time will be agreed.
If the products are unavailable (including if the price or some characteristics of the products have changed after the confirmation of the Order), S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L. will inform the Customer about the unavailability and the amounts he has paid will be refunded. within 30 days. The customer can confirm the changes regarding the price or characteristics of the products, thus modifying the initial Order, and S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L. will deliver the products according to the Order thus modified.
For products that are not in stock, S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L. will charge an advance for the execution of orders, the execution of custom furniture lasts from 21 days to 61 calendar days, then after full payment will be delivered according to the rates indicated above up.
In the case of personal pick-up orders, paid online, it is necessary for the person who will pick up the package to present at the pick-up point an identity document of the person who registered the order.

17. Terms of delivery

At the request of mille.ro, the customer will prove his identity, if necessary by one or more documents issued by official authorities and will communicate the Order number assigned by the Seller.
If the Customer is unable to receive the Order in person, the Order will be left at the specified address only to a person over the age of 18 and only in the case of communication to the Courier, the number of the Order.
No request for delivery of an Order will be honored if the Customer does not meet the above conditions.
The delivery is considered to be fulfilled by mille.ro, at the moment of delivering the Ordered products to the Customer.

18. Product reception

After the arrival of the goods at the place of destination, the quantitative and qualitative reception of the furniture is performed.

In case of quantitative deficiencies compared to the content specification or qualitative defects due to transport, they will be supplemented or replaced by the Supplier, within 5 (five) days from the finding.

Unsealing or assembling the goods by a person other than the Supplier's technicians leads to the loss of the goods' warranty.

Once the products have been accepted by the Customer, the latter cannot revoke their acceptance at a later date, unless the furniture has hidden defects, which could not be identified at the date of receipt.

The transportation of the furniture is the responsibility of the customer, and in case the customer requests that the transportation be performed by the Supplier, the transport costs, including the lifting of the furniture, are established separately.

19. Guarantees

For products purchased from the website www.mille.ro, a guarantee is provided that constitutes 24 months from the moment of purchase, under normal operating conditions, obliging that within the warranty period, to remedy any quality defects, except for those that it is due to the Client's fault. The legal entity that provides the guarantee is S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L. .
In order to benefit from the guarantee, the Customer has the following obligations:

The warranty is granted for the housing, springs, seams and mechanisms, and the fabric does not fall under the warranty.

The product has been purchased from MILLE.RO and used only for the purpose for which it was designed;

Follow the instructions for use and use the product according to the instructions imposed by the manufacturer;

To keep the guarantee certificate and the fiscal document with which he bought the product;

The transport costs in order to pick up the furniture from the customer for repair, do not fall under the guarantee granted, being borne by the customer at his own expense.

MILLE.RO does not offer a guarantee to Customers:

if the purchased product does not meet the requirements or expectations of customers;

after the expiration of the period for which the Seller guarantees the product;

if the replacement of non-compliant products or components is impossible, including due to lack of equipment or related technology.

All other provisions contained in the legislation in force, regarding the guarantee of the products sold, are valid. Customers' rights are those provided for in the relevant legislation. The warranty does not extend to any damage caused by the use of the product.

20 Return policy

Payments can be returned to the Customer if he has purchased products available from stock. In this case, the Customer will send, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment of payment, a written request to S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L.,in which he will expressly request the return of the amount paid for the product. The client will attach to this request the proof of payment of this amount of money through the website www.mille.ro.
The request for a refund will be sent by email: suport@mille.ro. Subsequently S.C. ”GARIVITAL” S.R.L. undertakes to return the money within 30 days after the registration of the Client's Request.

Attention, the payments made through the site www.mille.ro are returned only in case of purchasing the products in stock, for those that are made to order, the advance paid is not returned.

21. Privacy policy
